Monards - 101 Collins St Melbourne
 
Since designing Monards first shop in the Grand Hyatt hotel retail arcade in 1991, PFA has designed all Monards new shops in Melbourne at 101 Collins Street, Crown Casino, Chadstone Pop-up and their first interstate shop in Surfers Paradise QLD. In 1998 Monards outgrew the Grand Hyatt shop and relocated to it's current location in the prestigious 101 Collins commercial building.
 
Over the years, the shop at 101 has undergone several renovations for expansion and to stay updated. In early 2020, Monards expanded into the adjacent tenancy doubling it's floor space and street frontage.
Both shops were gutted and completely transformed with a new jewellery level on the mezzanine and watches on the ground floor.

The design of the new boutique features double height shopfront windows & entry to maximise natural lighting and visibility into the shop and maintains Monards signature watch face marble floor, crystal pendant chandelier and curved staircase.
