New 4 level residence with panoramic harbour views. The project required extensive excavation into sandstone hillside and structural retaining walls & piering.
The design of the residence features extensive use of Thassos white marble floors & curved stairs, 6 bedrooms with ensuites, indoor pool with waterfall & Koi pond, opening skylight roof over pool, sauna, gym and a 6 car garage.
Vaucluse residence
New 3 level residence with panoramic Sydney harbour views. The residence located on the high side of the street contains a 4 car garage, 5 bedrooms, semi-indoor swimming pool and a large Japanese landscaped garden on a concrete slab designed and approved for a tennis court.
Dover Heights residence
Redevelopment of a local developers residence on a corner property.
The design features open planned living/entertainment areas contiguous with the garden, terrace and swimming pool. The first floor has panoramic views of the Sydney CBD skyline.
Cremorne waterfront residence
New 6 level residence terracing down to the bay with boathouse and jetty.
The residence is designed to maximise water views and natural light with 6 bedrooms, indoor swimming pool and entry foyer with panoramic waterviews from the sloping glass roof extending up from the living room.
This house was featured on TV on Channel 9's Our House.
Pymble residence
New 2 level residence with basement garage, swimming pool and tennis court. Site was the exact size to fit in all the client's requirements. Approval for the full size artificial lawn tennis court was a challenge but through innovative techniques and design the approval was obtained conventionally.
Hunters Hill residence
New 3 level waterfront reserve residence with 6 bedrooms designed in character with the heritage conservation area. The residence has been designed to capture the expansive river views and features large balconies contiguous with the living and family rooms.
Drummoyne house
New 2 level house located on a narrow block. The design of the house captures waterviews from the first floor level and has open-planned living areas opening onto the back yard with pool.
Neutral Bay house
New 2 level house with basement garage. House was originally designed by Haviland Architects. PFA were appointed to take over the project after DA was obtained. PFA carried out design development, tender documentation and project/contract management during construction.
Ryde house
New 2 level house with attic level. Roof balcony from the attic and sweeping first floor balcony provides distant city views from the sites elevated position.
Hunters Hill house
New 2 storey house with feature pool and extensive entertaining area in the back garden. The Master bedroom is located at the front of the first floor to take advantage of the distant city views.
